Leila Razipoor
Leila is the founder of Skin Study Med Spa and the licensed esthetician behind every treatment. She studied esthetics at Collin College and completed advanced certifications in HydraFacial, microneedling, and other clinical-grade treatments.
Her approach is defined by careful, unhurried skin analysis and honest advice. Clients consistently note how thoroughly she studies their skin, tailors each treatment, and educates them on caring for their skin between visits — building a real plan rather than a one-time service.
She works exclusively with clinical-grade brands and devices, including HydraFacial, KNESKO, iS Clinical, Circadia, SkinStylus, and AnteAGE.

Dr. Brady Steineck, MD
Dr. Brady Steineck, MD, a Board Certified Physician, serves as Medical Director of Skin Study Med Spa. He oversees our clinical protocols and medical-grade treatments to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and client care.
Naming a medical director is something most boutique spas don't do — and it matters. It means the corrective treatments we offer, from microneedling to peels, follow protocols developed with real medical expertise.
